评论言论： 本报讯 廖某制作假奥运官方网站，以高额奖金和奥运比赛门票为诱饵骗取手续费。今天上午海淀法院通报，廖某因诈骗罪被判处有期徒刑6个月，罚金2000元。
今年7月，20岁的廖某制作了一个与奥运官方网站页面极为相似的假奥运官方网站。廖某在网上称用户注册后就可参加抽奖，奖品包括2.8万元现金及奥运会门票两张。

今年8月，唐某等2人看到该网站发布的虚假中奖信息后，先后向廖某指定的银行账户内分别汇款1500元领奖手续费。8月22日，廖某在海口市被警方抓获。
